First of all, the fit men and women that advertise the Ab Away did NOT build their bodies with this product. They build their muscles and stay lean by working out in a gym – they’re getting paid to do so! More importantly, you can get a great ab workout for free, without even setting foot in a gym. Crunches, leg raises, and sit-ups in the right combinations will give your abs all the stimulation they need!
2. You Already Have a Six Pack!
The most important thing to realize about the Ab Away and other abdominal machines is that they don’t address the real issue to getting a six pack. Everybody already has a nice set of abs, they’re just hidden under unsightly body fat.
