Learning how to get six pack abs in 3 weeks can be a tiring process. It will take dedication and commitment to get great abs in a week. You can get a good start to building six pack abs in under a week by following Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs book.

Here are a few Six Pack Abs tips I learned from Mike Geary (author of Truth About Abs):

The first & most important thing to get control of in order to lose your stomach fat & get flat six pack abs is cleaning up your diet. Exercise is important, but your diet is king when it comes to losing body fat so that you can see your abs. A better diet needs to start from week one.

The second thing that works over & over again to get six pack abs in 3 weeks, is to focus on the intensity of your workouts & focus on working the body as a whole in order to get the best metabolic response to lose that stubborn stomach fat.

For the third thing to get six pack abs in 3 weeks, let’s speak about actually training the abs specifically. When it comes to training the abs, in case you need actual results, I always recommend forgetting about the crunches & situps for the most part. they are ok for someone that is out of shape, but most people that already have some training under their belt need a much better stimulus for their abs than crunches. Crunches are one of the abs exercises that actually provide the least amount of resistance, & keep in mind that resistance is what develops & tones the muscles.

In order to  get lean, the workouts ought to have a high intensity, with short rest periods, working the largest muscle groups of the body, instead of trying to isolate specific miniscule muscles like the biceps, triceps, or calves. Getting six pack abs in 3 weeks is a bit unrealilstic, but it is a good starting place to work from.

There’s a ton of great abs exercises in the Truth about abs book, but one of THE highest resistance exercises for the abs, is hanging leg raises (but NOT the way you see most people at the gym doing them). The key to doing these & actually working the hell out of your abs is to curl your pelvis up as you raise your legs. Nobody ever does this ab exercise right. To be honest,  all of people can’t do this at first, but I provide some strategies in my book as to how to progress to doing these correctly.

Learning how to get a flat stomach in a month can be a tiring process. It will take dedication and commitment to get great abs in a month. You can get a good start to trimming down to a flat stomach in under a month by following Mike Geary’s Truth About Abs book.

Here are a few a flat stomach tips I learned from Mike Geary (author of Truth About Abs):

Perform this exercise on a yoga mat it will make you more comfy. If you belong to a fitness center, there is apparatus that allows you to raise yourself up with arms as support and hang down your legs. This exercise will help to firm up the abdomen. Be careful not to damage your back.

If you do not exercise regularly or you are a beginner at ab exercises, then you may want to take a crack at the reverse crunch or V-up. It has equivalent effect as a ordinary crunch, but with much less discomfort and stress. On the floor and put your legs in the air. Rather than bending in the direction of your legs as you would in a crunch, bend your legs back towards you. This movement is much less arduous, because you lift less weight.

You can do all the ab exercises in the world, but you will not see if the muscles are buried below a layer of abdominal fat. Diet is a great part of the development of great abs too, and some monitoring is necessary if one wants to lose body fat. This is particularly important with the evening meal as most people are not very animated after dinner. This means they burn fewer calories. Attempt to drink a big tumbler of water before you dine so you are less tempted to devour everything on the table. Fill your plate with fresh vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. A sensible diet combined with habitual abdominal exercises will give you that trim, sexy waistline you’ve forever wanted.

Doing ab exercises consistently is inadequate to achieve sculpted, six-pack abs. Nourishment plays a considerable part as well. Start by giving up high-calorie soft drinks and energy drinks and start imbibing good old water instead. Ideally, you should drink around two liters of water a day. Not only will this keep you hydrated, it will stave off the hunger pangs. You should also avoid sugar and starchy foods as white bread and rice. I’ve tried everything that can give me six-pack abs by using machines that are sold on late night TV; most of us believed it could help but ended up paying for nothing. I’ve been there and like everyone became terribly disappointed by the results. In trying everything, I found out that substances sold to get abs were mostly bad than good. This book made a difference because it was no gimmick at all; it surprised me to see the results.

In reviewing the book, we use a set of exercises to give us good abdominals by working them out properly. We want a way to eliminate fat in our abs and get great abs. It is common for marketing ploys that claim good result, unfortunately many tend to trust these claims and later find out that it is not very effective.
