**A flat tummy can be yours if you regularly implement my stomach exercise circuit in your daily life**. In order to develop a nice set of abs, you have to implement two things regularly – the right diet and the right exercise plan. Both of those things are equally important if you want to build lean abs. You have to focus on your diet as well as your exercise regime. You can’t just eat what you want, exercise your bum off and expect to get great abs. The same goes for the reverse.

I will help you to get the exercise right to help you build spectacular abs. These are all the exercises you need to do to ensure that you get hot abs. Let’s have a look at the best stomach exercise you can do for a flat tummy now:

**The best stomach exercise circuit**

Do about 5-10 minutes of light cardio, like walking, as a warm-up, then do one weight training/stomach exercise with one minute of cardio (like below) in between. Repeat this circuit 1-3 times. You can begin with only one repeat and work your way up as you get fitter.

#Cardio

As mentioned above, do one cardio exercise for 1 minute before switching over to one weight training or abs exercise. You can do the same cardio exercise, like stepping on a step or you can vary it and do stepping and jumping, for example.

**Some of the best cardio exercises you can do for your circuit are:**

* Skipping/jumping rope
* Jumping jacks
* Running up and down stairs
* Step-ups on a step
* Mountain climbers

#Abs exercises

Do one abs exercise for every one cardio and weight training exercise you have done. Exercising your abs this way is the best way to get flat chiseled abs in no time.

**Excellent stomach exercise you can do to burn away tummy fat includes:**

* The plank
* Crunches
* The bicycle exercise

#Weight training exercises

Full body weight training exercises will boost your metabolism and help you burn more fat and calories. Do one weight training exercise for every cardio and abs exercise you have done. You may need some weights and a bench for these exercise. You can do them also with bags of sugar and an exercise ball.

Some of the best weight training stomach exercise to do include:

* **For your upper body – Upright row for your back, bicep curls, triceps extensions and shoulder presses.
* **For your lower body** – Squats, lunges and calf raises.

Just do this circuit 4-5 times a week and you will soon get the abs of your dreams. Just be persistent and never give up!

Ab exercise is like anything else –  it gets boring when you do the same thing over and over. And when you get bored with your exercise routine, you’ve taken the first step toward abandoning it completely! The best way to avoid that trap and stay committed to your dreams of having six-pack abs is to get creative with your abdominal workouts. Here are three good ideas to get you started:

Combine Core Workouts With Ab Exercise

There are many benefits to having a strong core. Some of these benefits include increased stability and balance as well as relief of lower back pain. Having a strong core also means that your abdominal muscles naturally begin to make themselves known. Thus, a fun way to spruce up your ab workouts happens when you integrate total-body core training into your overall regime.

This can come in the form of high intensity interval training – where spurts of activity are interspersed with brief periods of rest – or, it can be in the form of an activity that requires total body movement and balance, such as dancing or playing sports. Other good core strengthening activities include anything that requires you to be balanced, coordinated, and/or change directions quickly. As long as the core workout you choose works your entire body, you’re automatically getting great ab exercise as well.

Getting Better Ab Exercise By Handling Oddly Shaped Objects

Another excellent way to get creative with your abdominal exercises lies in the handling of oddly shaped objects. Objects such as sandbags or water bladders shift around while being carried, which requires your body to make small, but constant, adjustments in order to keep it in place. If you’ve ever poured cement, shoveled grain, or carried a squirming toddler around all day, you know this is true!

Try tossing your object of choice around in different motions, carrying it over your head or standing up with it from a lay-down position and your abs will be screaming for mercy in no time.

Using Daily Routine to Get Natural Ab Exercise

Who says you have to go to the gym to get a great abdominal workout? If you look around your house and yard with a little imagination, you’ll discover an ab training playground. Even better, this playground will build six-pack abdominals far faster than any amount of time you could spend in the gym doing crunches.

For example, try loading a wheelbarrow up with dirt or leaves and wheeling it through an obstacle course as quickly as you can, without spilling anything. Use a rock or piece of wood to do reverse woodcutter, then hold it over your head while doing a lap around the yard. Slip in a few straight arm, transverse pullovers when you hang clothes on the line or clean up the house – the possibilities are endless!

The point here is to get creative. You can turn nearly every movement into a form of ab exercise simply by bracing your abs, adding twists and turns to your movement, and taking advantage of everyday objects to assist you. Above all, have fun with your training – you’ll have that sexy six-pack before you know it!

Having six-pack abs is one of the things most men dream about. After all, who doesn’t love having those lean and firm abs? What are the secrets then to achieving firm abs? Aside from diet and proper exercise and a healthy lifestyle, there is much more you can do to have that six-pack you have always wanted.

Having the proper abs exercise equipment can help you with your abs workout. In fact, we can find different types of tools devoted to making your abs muscles firm and lean. However, it is important to understand that these tools are not designed to magically melt your fat away. You still need dedication plus a healthy lifestyle in order to attain great abs. Needless to say, proper diet, exercise, plus the right equipment for abs exercises go hand in hand. Below is some equipment that can aid you with your abs workouts.

The Bosu Ball             

Also known as the Bosu Balance Trainer, the Bosu Ball is actually a stability ball cut in half and then mounted on a rubber platform. In any form of exercise, having proper balance is very important because it can help prevent injuries while at the same time increase sports performance and improve body function. Thus, with the bosu balance trainer, you get to work on your core muscles to keep your body stable making you work harder to keep your joints stabilized.

Hanging Leg Raisers

These are the most ideal tools for lower abdominal exercises although there are cases when your grip strength limits your ability to focus more on your abdominal muscles. These movements were designed with athletes in mind. How does the equipment benefit the abs then? When your legs are moving, take note that the abs stabilizes the pelvis. The abs muscles help tilt or rotate the pelvis when your legs are in motion thus preventing your lower back from too much arching. However, hanging leg raisers are only advised for people who have good core strength and good flexibility since the equipments requires more pressure on the lower back. If you have lower back injuries or back pain, these equipments might not be good for you.

Ab Wheel

This is perhaps one of the most common abs exercise equipment you can find in the gym. However, before you do routines with the use of ab wheels, make sure your core strength is above average to avoid injuries. It is noted that improper use of the ab wheel can cause extreme lower back pain because of the possibility of too much extension or arching of the back. To avoid this, it is vital to discuss such matters with your gym instructors first.

There practically like hundreds of abs exercise equipment you can find elsewhere these days. And although most of these tools can generally aid you towards your losing bellies, keep in mind that having proper diet and a healthy lifestyle is just as essential. Also, you have to have a sit-down discussion with a professional gym instructor to understand what’s good and what’s not for you. But then again, don’t rely too much on exercise equipment alone. Your dedication to diet and consistency is still what matters most.
