To get great abs, you need to do two things- strengthen your abdominal muscles while simultaneously losing your body fat. While the theory is solid, most people find problem in actually implementing it in their daily lifestyle as it not only takes will power, but also dedication and plenty of time investment. There are about four basic techniques listed down in the Truth About Six Pack Abs Review as the most crucial keypoints needed in order to effetively strengthen your muscles.

The first technique involves performing crunches by lying down firmly on the floor either with or without a mat. Place your ands close to your temples or chest with your knees bent. After that, your upper torso is raised as your shoulders are brought as close as possible to your bent knees. Do remember that when doing this exercise, you should avoid straining your neck and instead focus on lifting yourself up only with your abdominal muscles. 

Another great technique is known as leg lifts that also focus on building the abdominal muscles. The exercise starts with the subject lying on the floor and the legs are positioned to be straight up with hands on the side. The legs sould be perpendicular from the rest of the body. Lower the legs as low as you can go without them actually touching the floor and after holding for a few seconds, lift your legs back up into the 90 degree position again.

One other interesting technique is known as the plank, otherwise also known as the static hold method in which you proportionate your body at a push-up position and have your elbows proped up as support. The challenging part is that you will now have to maintain this posture for as long as you can. Not only does this position enable you to train your abdominal strength, but you will also be training the core muscles in your body as well.

Core muscles are also an important aspect of your body that you need to train on if you really are serious about getting great abs for your body. Other effective exercises that help build the core muscles of your body include squats and deadlifts as these routines really forces your body to maintain postures that highly depend on the strength of your core muscles. Actually, not only are your abdominal and core muscles activated, but you will also be testing the limits of your glutes and quads as well.

So now that you know the right kind of exercises that you need to incorporate into your daily workout, you should also review the kind of food that you are taking to help keep your body both energized and healthy. Real Secrets for How to Get Six Pack Abs

Feel like you’ve been doing crunches forever and still can’t get six pack abs?  You’re not alone; a lot of guys are just as frustrated and fed up as you are!  Without the right information and without the right techniques, building muscle and getting definition in any part of the body can be an impossibility.  And this true even if you do hundreds of sit-ups and crunches every single day!

So what’s the secret to really getting toned, defined, lean, six pack abs?  If crunches and sit-ups aren’t the answer, what is?  How do all those other guys with great abs do it; what do they know that you don’t?

There are some simple tips and techniques you should remember in order to get six pack abs, and these tips and techniques apply to everyone.  This means that even if you have virtually no muscle tone now or if you’ve been working out for years, you need to follow these tips in order to really see results.

Tip #1:  It’s quality, not quantity.  You can do sit-ups until you’re blue in the face (literally!) but if you’re not doing them right, you’ll never get results.  Remember that any exercise done for the abs should be working that – the abs.  Far too many guys curl up the back and neck and use these muscles to pull themselves up.  The stomach muscles get used only slightly, which means they don’t get built up.

Tip #2:  Mix it up.  Crunches and sit-ups are great.  Now try leg lifts.  While flat on your back with your legs stretched out, pull them off the ground about six inches and hold them there.  Feel the muscles that get worked in the stomach.  Try side crunches or simple Pilates moves.  When you mix up your routine, you really work muscles that are otherwise neglected.

Tip #3:  Don’t give up your cardio exercise.  This is not just to help you boost your fitness, but most importantly, it’s this layer of fat sitting over your abs that is hiding your six pack.  Cardio activity also increases blood circulation and oxygen delivery to the muscles.  Blood and oxygen both nourish the muscles which help them to become lean and toned.

Of course all your other great workout secrets still apply when you want to get six pack abs.  You need to watch your diet and get the lean protein necessary to build muscle.  You need to drink plenty of water so that the muscles stay hydrated.  Stay away from simple carbs as they break down as sugar in the body and cause you to store fat.

But these simple tips for working the abs are often overlooked by even the most experienced of bodybuilders so that they work and work and see few results.  Once you start incorporating them into your routine however, you’ll see a tremendous difference.  You’ll work muscles you’ve been neglecting and will feed all the muscles as well.  This will result in the tone and definition you’re seeking so you can finally get six pack abs!

What exactly is the best exercise to lose belly fat? I’m sure you have read numerous articles and probably have seen a lot of contradicting information. Well the fact is,

there is no one best exercise to lose belly fat. Instead, there are many alternative things you can do to reduce belly fat. Think of the war on fat as a battle. In battles, you have to attack on many different fronts to be successful. You have to attack fat from a nutritional point of view, as well as implementing a solid exercise program. Let’s not stop there, there is even a 3rd front you can attack fat from which is the supplement front. A 3 pronged attack such as this one is the most reliable and overall way to lose belly fat and body fat in general.

First, from a nutritional outlook, we have to make sure this is in check before any plan is put into action. Are you consuming lean proteins with every meal? Are we eating every 2-3 hours? These are all necessary steps to make sure we have in place at the very minimum. Protein is the one of most imporatnt factor when it comes to belly fat, as it has the most thermogenic macronutrient which means that not only does it help assist in fat loss but in additionas that, it carries all the major building blocks to add lean muscle. Don’t worry, if you are a women, it will not make you super muscular. Rather, adding lean mass assists your metabolic rate which helps you win the war on fat! You get the same sort of benefits when you eat every 2-3 hours as well. You are providing your body with a constant stream of macronutrients. Think of it as how an old coal burning furnace works, if you throw coal in it every hour or two, it will burn hotter for a longer period of time.

Next, we will focus on the best exercise to lose belly fat. There are a couple different ones you could perform, but the one that works best is hanging leg raises. Hanging leg raises will shred the abdominal muscles. It will also work the oblique’s. Another great exercise to do is side-bends. Simply stand straight up with a dumbbell in one hand and lean to side you have the weight. Keeping your body straight lean and lower the weight along the side of your body and then raise it back to the start position. Those are just some examples of what you can do to send thatbelly fat away for good. In general, your exercise plan should consist of 5 days with 2 days off from the gym. Each session, you should try and focus on 2 muscle groups i.e.; biceps and triceps. The next workout session pick 2 different muscle groups.

Lastly, supplements are a great way to target belly fat that just won’t go away. They could be the true x-factor in fat loss. If you are clicking on all cylinders with your workout and nutritional plan, supplements will push you closer to your goals. I tend to look for supplements that contain methyl-synephrine HCI, green tea extract, 11-hydroxy yohimbine just to name a few. These all have powerful properties to combat fat and it will make your war on fat a winning one.
